Royal Ajwa attaches great importance to ensuring customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders the same day, or within 24 hours at the latest. In most cases, this is successful, and orders are delivered very quickly. However, Royal Ajwa is not liable if, due to unforeseen circumstances, orders are not shipped within this estimated time.
Returns Policy
Still not satisfied with your purchase? There are some conditions for returning your order.
- We would like to receive your return within 5 days after you received your order.
- You have the right to cancel this contract within 5 business days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods, provided you have not opened the products and can provide proof of purchase (such as the invoice). Our products are shipped sealed for hygiene and health reasons. If the seal is broken, you cannot return them and your right to a refund expires. - Received the wrong or damaged item? Please contact us first.
- Items cannot be exchanged. If you would like a different product, you can place a new order. If you wish to keep certain items and only cancel part of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Items can only be returned unused and in undamaged packaging.
- Please ensure you pack your shipment securely and preferably in the original shipping packaging.
- Please note: you bear the risk and costs of returning the item. We therefore recommend sending your package with a track & trace code and keeping it in a safe place.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned shipment, the purchase amount including shipping costs and excluding return costs, if applicable, will be refunded to your bank or giro account within 7 days.
