How do we process your complaint?

We value quality and service highly. We want you to be satisfied and have a pleasant experience with us. That's why we do everything we can to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

File a complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the shipping, the handling of your order, or the way we addressed you, you can file a complaint about this. You can submit your complaint by sending an email to klachten@royalajwa.com.

How long does it take for my complaint to be handled?

We will notify you by email within 1 to 2 business days when we have processed your complaint. Submitted complaints will be answered within 5 business days of receipt. If, unexpectedly, more time is needed for processing, we will of course inform you in a timely manner.
